Before your appointment

• Ensure if you have a facial that it is 2 weeks prior to your appointment.

• Ideally clean face with no makeup prior to appointment.

• Please have a space comfortable for you that is near natural window lighting.

• Have an area that you are happy for your Makeup Artist to set up for your appointment. 

• Parking for the MUA is essential to be close to entrance of location

• Please ensure clear directions are given to your artist & that payment has been made

During your appointment

• Your artist is there for you! Feel free at any point to communicate if there’s anything we can do to make you feel more comfortable.

• Ensure to speak up if there’s anything you would like added or amended.

• We provide a takeaway pot for lipstick touch ups for your look to be on point through out the day!
